Engineered TPOs

Engineered TPOs from Advanced Composites can replace traditional metal or meet the needs of high-stiffness and structural applications. Engineered compounds are ideal for structural sub-assemblies such as instrument panel supports, as well as large parts that need excellent stiffness and high heat deflection properties.

We offer SPE Award-winning advanced glass fiber compounds available with mold-in-color technology capable of replacing aluminum or steel body panels.  For solutions requiring lower life-cycle impact, Advanced Composites also offers low-cost engineered TPOs with recyclability comparable to traditional mineral-filled TPO compounds while maintaining the desirable qualities of glass-filled compounds.  We can also produce engineered TPO with mold-in-color, scratch-resistant technology suitable for vehicle interior applications.
