High Scratch-Resistance TPO

Advanced Composites has been a pioneer of scratch resistant TPO compounding.  Our portfolio of scratch-resistant materials includes traditional slip agent solutions as well as mold temperature independent solutions and advanced compatibilizers.  All of our scratch solutions are designed to withstand heat and UV while maintaining excellent visual, gloss, and tactile properties.

Our advanced scratch technologies are available for almost any TPO application including deployable instrument panels and pillars, door panels, hard trim, engineered high-stiffness, and exterior parts.  We are able to incorporate our scratch-resistant technology into traditional mineral-filled TPO as well as light-weight, foaming, and thin-wall compounds.
